There is no list price

Weed Whacking is quoted against the property, not from a price list. What it costs depends on the site and on the scope you and the crew agree — which is why the estimate comes after we have looked, and why it is free either way.

Dates follow the scope

We do not put a turnaround on the work before knowing what is involved. Scheduling is agreed once the scope is confirmed, so the date you are given is one built around the actual job rather than an average.

Nothing starts before you approve it

The written estimate covers the agreed scope, and work begins only once you have accepted it. If something on site changes what the job needs, you hear about it before it is done, not after.
