1. Services Provided

TMP Landscaping offers lawn care, landscaping, tree services, patios and hardscaping, exterior work, seasonal cleanup, snow plowing and ice management across its service areas.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
• Pricing may change if the scope of work differs or additional labour or equipment is required.
• Estimates may include taxes, disposal fees, or material costs depending on the service.
• Nothing on this website is a quote.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to weather or job delays.
• Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area.
• Missed appointments or inaccessible properties may result in a service charge.

4. Payments & Billing

• A 50% down payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• Payment structures may vary only if agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, Venmo, Zelle, credit and debit cards, ACH, and digital invoicing.
• A late fee applies if the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A flat $100 fee applies for any returned or bounced cheque.

5. Cancellations

• Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before cancelling or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate service information, keep pets secured during service, remove obstacles from the work area, and allow safe access for crew and equipment.

7. Service Limitations

Service may be postponed or modified due to severe weather conditions, unsafe property environments, equipment failure, or municipal or regulatory restrictions. We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.

8. Website Usage Terms

By using this website, you agree not to copy or redistribute content without written permission, attempt to breach site security or access restricted areas, or use the website for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

9. Liability Disclaimer

TMP Landscaping is not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by hidden debris or underground hazards, customer-provided equipment failure, or weather-related property impact. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
